This R.I.P VI is hosted by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.stainlesssteeldroppings.com\/r-eaders-i-mbibing-p-eril-vi\">Stainless Steel Droppings<\/a>. In case you haven&#8217;t noticed there is a thriving Book Blogger community on the net, and I got to hear of this challenge via <a href=http:\/\/jillianreadsbooks2.wordpress.com\/2011\/09\/04\/sunday-salon-books-i-really-really-want-to-own-and-read-pretty-soon\/>A Room of One&#8217;s Own<\/a> via <a href=http:\/\/www.skrishnasbooks.com\/>S.Krishna&#8217;s Books<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Anyway long story short, I have signed up for &#8220;Peril, the Second&#8221; which means I will be reading 2 books from the Mystery and Suspense genres. And they are :<\/p>\n<p>1. The Cut by George Pelecanos<br \/>\n2. Children of Paranoia by Trevor Shane<\/p>\n<p>Both are newly released; &#8220;The Cut&#8221; released August 29th, and &#8220;Children of Paranoia&#8221; released yesterday September the 8th. I have both ARCs, courtesy the Publishers and NetGalley, and after reading will be reviewing the books here on my blog.
